Uluslararası kredi derecelendirme kuruluşu Fitch Ratings, 6 Eylül 2024 tarihinde Türkiye'nin uzun vadeli yabancı para kredi notunu "B+"dan "BB-"ye yükseltmiş olup görünümünü ise "Pozitif" den "Durağan" olarak revize etmiştir. Bunu takiben, 17 Eylül 2024 tarihinde VakıfBank'ın uzun vadeli yabancı para kredi notunu "Pozitif" görünümle "B"den "B+" ya, uzun vadeli yerel para kredi notunu ise "Durağan" görünümle "B+" dan "BB-"ye yükseltmiştir. Bankanın güncel derecelendirme notları ekte yer almaktadır.

On September 6, 2024, international rating agency Fitch Ratings upgraded Turkey's long term foreign currency issuer default rating to "BB-" from "B+" and revised the outlook to "Stable" from "Positive". Accordingly, on September 17, 2024, Fitch Ratings also upgraded VakıfBank's long term foreign currency issuer default rating to "B+" from "B" with "Positive" Outlook and long term local currency issuer default rating to "BB-" from "B+" with "Stable" Outlook. The current ratings of the bank are attached herewith.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
