With the Board of Directors' decision; under the Share Transfer Agreement signed on 29.05.2025, 2,000,000 shares with a nominal value of TL 10 each, of our subsidiary Vakıf Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. have been sold to the Foundation for Strengthening the Justice Organization with a total amount of TL 20,766,000.


According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
