İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile duyurulan VakıfBank finansman bonoları ve tahvillerine ilişkin "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı" Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 21.08.2025 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

Söz konusu "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı Güncelleme Metni" ve tüm güncellemeleri içeren "İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı" ilişikte yer almaktadır. Yukarıda belirtilen ihraççı bilgi dokümanı ve ihraççı bilgi dokümanı güncelleme metni Bankamızın www.vakifbaniik.com.tr internet sitesinde de yayınlanmaktadır.
