On November 14th, 2025, the Group sold the shares of Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. amounting TL 19,250,000 from the price between TL 2.24 – TL 2.25.  With this transaction, our share in capital of Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. increased to the level of 63.37%.
