Mr. Özgür KALYONCU, who has worked as Executive in Investor Relations Department in our Company before, has leaved from his position as of 20 April 2017. According to the Article 11 of Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Principles No. II-17.1, Mrs. Burçin ÇOKYILMAZ, who has been working full time and has Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and Corporate Governance Rating License, has been appointed by proxy to Executive in Investor Relations Department and a member in Corporate Governance Committee until a new candidate will be appointed definitively.
