Based on our Board of Directors resolution dated 25.02.2020; Mehmet TÜTÜNCÜ, who has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of our company, has been deemed appropriate to leave his CEO post as a result of the increase in his duties and responsibilities. It has been decided to continue his position as Chairman of the Board and to appoint Mete BUYURGAN as CEO.
