Ortaklığımızın 11.06.2020 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile Ortaklığımız Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Tahviller ve Benzeri Belge ihracı II.Kısım 4-10'ıncı maddesinin ekte yer alan şekilde değiştirilmesine karar verilmiş olup, Esas Sözleşme değişikliğine ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun uygun görüşünün alınabilmesi için 12.06.2020 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur. Esas Sözleşme değişiklikleri Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve Ticaret Bakanlığı'ndan gerekli izinlerin alınmasını takiben yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul Toplantısında hissedarların onayına sunulacaktır.

With the decision of the Board of Directors of our Incorporation dated 11.06.2020, it has been decided to amend the section II - Article 4-10th titled "Bonds and Similar Document Issuance" of the Articles of Association of our Incorporation, as stated in the appendix. The application was made to the Capital Markets Board on 12.06.2020 in order to obtain the approval of the Capital Market Board. Following the receipt of Capital Markets Board and Ministry of Trade approvals, the proposed amendments will be submitted to the first General Assembly that will meet.
