In accordance with the authorization granted by article 10 of the Company's Articles of Association; the Board of Directors resolved to apply to the Capital Markets Board to be able to issue debt securities for a total amount up to 750,000,000 (seven hundred fifty million) U.S. dollars or an equivalent amount to be sold outside Turkey through one or more issuance within one year from the date of the approval of CMB. In this respect, the application to Capital Markets Board has been made on 19 August 2020. Ultimate decision on issuance will be made following the approval by the Capital Markets Board of the issuance limit and by taking into consideration the market conditions at the issue date. The material event disclosure related to the resolution by our Company on execution of agreements for financial and legal advisory for issuance of debt instruments has been postponed until the resolution by our Company regarding the issuance.
