Our Board of Directors has resolved on the following issues. In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial: II N 17.1 on the Determination and Implementation of Corporate Governance Principles; It was decided to appoint Ms. Füsun KURAN as a member of the Audit and Early Detection of Risk Committee and to be appointed as the Chairman of the Early Detection of Risk Committee due to the expiration of the term of office of the current member, Mr.Murat Yalnızoğlu. The committees of our Company comprise of the following members.
