İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 21.11.2022, the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") approval for the planned debt issue was announced in the CMB's bulletin dated 02.12.2022 and numbered 2022/66 and notified to the Company on 05.12.2022. The approved issue document is presented in the attachment. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
