İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 07.11.2023, the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") approval for the planned debt issue was announced in the CMB's bulletin dated 28.12.2023 and numbered 2023/81. The approved issuance certificate, its annex and signed application form are presented in the attachment. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
