Regarding our m aterial event disclosure dated 23.10.2024; It has been decided to withdraw our application made to the Capital Markets Board regarding - the transfer of some of the assets registered in our company's assets to Vestel Mobilite Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, one of our 100% affiliated companies, by "The Partial Demerger Through Associate Model" in a way that does not disrupt the integrity of the business -based on the financial statements prepared as of 30.06.2024, since it is foreseen that the transactions sought under the legislation cannot be completed by 31.12.2024.
