1 Eylül 2023 tarihinden bu yana Vestel Şirketler Grubu CEO'su olarak görev yapan Sayın Ergün Güler, 9 Nisan 2025 tarihi itibarıyla mevcut görevinden ayrılacak olup 1 Mayıs 2025 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere Zorlu Holding A.Ş. Yurt Dışı İştirakler ve Yatırımlar Başkanlığı görevine atanmıştır.

Vestel Şirketler Grubu CEO'luğu görevini, yeni bir atama gerçekleşene kadar, 9 Nisan 2025 tarihinden itibaren Zorlu Holding A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve CEO'su Sayın Ömer Yüngül üstlenecektir.
