Pursuant to on our material event disclosure dated August 3, 2008; with the aim of expanding our activities including the sale, installation and operation of electric vehicle charging stations in Turkey to overseas markets through our subsidiaries, a new company with the title of "ZES Germany GMBH" was established in Germany under 100% direct ownership of ZES N.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company based in the Netherlands .
