In order to extend the Company's activities in the field of renewable energy; the Board of Directors of Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim AŞ has resolved to acquire all the shares of Rarik-Turkison Enerji AŞ ("Rarik-Turkison") from RARIK Energy Development Ltd. ("Rarik") and EFLA hf. ("Efla") for a total consideration of USD 800,000. The payment will be made in 4 installments in line with a payment plan. A Share Purchase Agreement is signed between the Company and Rarik and Efla. The transfer of the shares is completed in return of the payment of the first installment.
