Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated September 16, 2022; with the aim of expanding our activities including the sale, installation and operation of electric vehicle charging stations in Turkey to overseas markets through our subsidiaries, a new company with the title of "ELECTRIP DOO Beograd" was established in Serbia under 100% direct ownership of Electrip Global BV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company based in the Netherlands.
