28.11.2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza istinaden; Şirketimizin Türkiye'de yürütülen elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu satışı, kurulumu ve işletmesini kapsayan faaliyetleri ile bu konudaki projelerini iştirakleri aracılığı ile yurt dışına taşımak amacıyla, Fransa'da, Hollanda'da kurulu %100 bağlı ortaklığımız Electrip Global BV'nin %100 hissedarlığında " ELECTRIP ENERGY SOLUTIONS AND MOBILITY SERVICES SASU " unvanlı bir şirket kurulmuştur. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated November 28, 2022; with the aim of expanding our activities including the sale, installation and operation of electric vehicle charging stations in Turkey to overseas markets through our subsidiaries, a new company with the title of " ELECTRIP ENERGY SOLUTIONS AND MOBILITY SERVICES SASU " was established in France under 100% direct ownership of Electrip Global BV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company based in the Netherlands . This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
