oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		21.02.2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza istinaden, Alaşehir 3 Jeotermal Enerji Santrali projesinin önlisansı süresinin dolması nedeniyle iptal edilmiş olup, 23.01.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza konu olan aynı sahada kurulması planlanan Alkan-2 Jeotermal Enerji Santrali projesi için yapılan önlisans başvurusuna ilişkin süreç devam etmektedir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 21.02.2022, the pre-license for the Alaşehir 3 Geothermal Power Plant project has been cancelled due to expiration. Based on our material event disclosure dated 23.01.2023, the process for the pre-license application for the Alkan-2 Geothermal Power Plant Project, which is planned to be developed in the same geothermal field, is ongoing. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
