The name of the geothermal site in the English disclosure is corrected.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 27.09.2022, Aydın Governorship Investment Monitoring and Coordination Directorate approved the application of Zorlu Jeotermal Enerji Elektrik Üretim AŞ, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Zorlu Enerji, to convert the geothermal exploration permits for the Kuyucak and Nazilli geothermal sites located in Aydın into geothermal operating permits and granted a 30-year Geothermal Operation Permit for the sites.
