oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nin 11'nci maddesi hükmü ve ilke kararları çerçevesinde; Mali İşler Genel Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı olarak Şirketimiz ile yatırımcılar arasında iletişimi sağlamak üzere oluşturulan Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölüm Yöneticiliği'ne, eski bölüm yöneticisi Başak Dalga'nın Grup Şirketleri içinde ayrı bir göreve atanmış olması nedeniyle, mevzuatın öngördüğü lisansları almış bulunan (Sermaye Piyasası Faaliyetleri Düzey 3 Lisansı - 209553, Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Lisansı - 702549) Burak Şimşek'in, 28/06/2024 tarihi itibarıyla atanmasına ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi üyesi olarak da görevlendirilmesine, toplantıya katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Within the framework of the provisions and principle decisions of Article 11 of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered II-17.1; It was unanimously decided by those who attended the meeting to appoint Burak Şimşek as of 28/06/2024 and to be appointed as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee who has received the licenses stipulated by the legislation (Capital Market Activities Level 3 License - 209553, Corporate Governance Rating License - 702549), since the former department director Başak Dalga was appointed to a separate position within the Group Companies, the Investor Relations Department Management, which was established under the General Directorate of Financial Affairs to ensure communication between our Company and investors.
