17 Ekim 2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimiz tarafından "Rule 144A" ve/veya "Regulation S" formatında yurt dışında nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere ihraç edilmesi planlanan 5,5 yıl vadeli, 800 milyon ABD Doları nominal değerli tahvil ihracına ilişkin tertip ihraç başvurusu 22 Ekim 2024 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanmıştır. Bu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated October 17, 2024, the tranche issuance application regarding the issuance of bonds with a nominal value of USD 800 million with a 5.5- year maturity to be sold to qualified investors outside of Türkiye by our Company in accordance with the "Regulation S" and/or "Rule 144A", is approved by the Capital Markets Board on October 22, 2024. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
