Pursuant to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB")  14.03.2025 dated notification letter Amendment of Company's Articles of Associations has been deemed appropriate pursuant to Turkish Commercial Code and the relevant legislation. The Amendment will be submitted to shareholders' approval at 2024 accounting period ordinary general assembly meeting upon relevant Ministry's approval. The CMB-approved amendment text is in the annex of this statement. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
