Subject:Amendment to the publishing agreement for the game "Honeycomb: The WorldBeyond"

Contents:

TheManagement Board of Frozen Way S.A., with its registered office inKraków (hereinafter: the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on 28 October2025 the Issuer became aware that on 27 October 2025 an amendment to thepublishing agreement dated 1 October 2024 concerning the game"Honeycomb: The World Beyond" (hereinafter, respectively, the"Amendment", the "Agreement", and the "Game") was executed between theIssuer and Snail Games USA Inc., with its registered office in CulverCity, United States (hereinafter: "Snail Games").

Underthe Amendment to the Agreement, the terms of payment of the lump-sumremuneration due to the Issuer were modified in such a way that thesecond installment, specified in ESPI report No. 24/2024 of October 2,2024, was divided into two equal tranches.

Accordingto the provisions of the Agreement, as adjusted by the Amendment, SnailGames has undertaken to pay the lump-sum remuneration in three equalinstallments upon completion of the following milestones:

-the first installment was paid within one week of signing the Agreement;

-the first tranche of the second installment will be paid within 14 daysof signing the Amendment to the Agreement;

-the second tranche of the second installment will be paid upon SnailGames' acceptance of the Game's release candidate and the beginning ofthe Game's certification process for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Seriesconsoles (hereinafter: the "Consoles");

-the third installment will be paid within 30 days after the release ofthe Game for personal computers (hereinafter: "PC") and at least one ofthe Consoles.

TheIssuer and Snail Games have mutually agreed that the expected deliverydate of the Game's release candidate is February 2, 2026.

Additionally,in connection with the execution of the Amendment, the Issuer hasdecided to increase the budget for the Game for PC and the Consoles, ascommunicated in ESPI report No. 24/2024 of October 2, 2024, from PLN 8million to PLN 10 million.

Thesimultaneous release of the full version of the Game for PC and theConsoles, announced in ESPI report No. 8/2025 of August 18, 2025, hasbeen postponed from November 6, 2025 to the first quarter of 2026.

TheAmendment to the Agreement was signed in connection with the decision toextend the Game's testing period, with the aim of ensuring the highestpossible quality of the final product. The additional time will allowthe development team to further refine the Game's content, optimizegameplay and implement fixes for issues identified during testing. Theseactions are intended to guarantee that the Game's release meets bothplayers' expectations and the quality standards set by the Issuer andits partners.

TheIssuer's Management Board decided to publish the above information dueto the fact that it may have a significant impact on the financial andmaterial situation of the Issuer and a potentially significant impact onthe valuation of the Issuer's financial instruments.
