The increase of share capital of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, which had
been decided upon on 10 May, was successfully placed with institutional
investors. It has today been finalised with the registration of the 287,000
new shares in the commercial register. The issue price was at 8.70 € per
share. The inflow of cash to the company amounts to almost 2.5 Mio €. The
equity capital of RPSE AG is now at 4,937,000 €.
Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy group is one of the leading
manufacturer-independent system integrators in the photovoltaic sector. The
operative subsidiaries design and install turnkey photovoltaic plants for
institutional and private investors in Germany and worldwide. The operative
subsidiaries act under the brand COLEXON. The company is currently building
the world-wide largest roof-top photovoltaic system with thin film modules
of 2,5 MWp in Ramstein, Germany.
