Due to the increase in share price since 27.09.2007, day of the decision to
increase share capital from the authorised capital, the Executive and
Supervisory Board of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG have today decided to
increase the price of the new shares from 9.50 Euro to 10.75 Euro per
share. As planned, the 178,000 new no-par bearer shares will be subscribed
by the new strategic investor DKA Consult ApS. Subscription rights will be
excluded. The proceeds from the issue amount now to more than 1.9 million
Euro (instead of 1.7 million Euro previously).
