The new extended Supervisory Board of COLEXON Energy AG yesterday appointed
Dr. Hans-Joachim Reh as their Chairman. Dr. Hans-Joachim Reh was member of
the Executive Board of Vattenfall Europe AG until 2003 and later Chairman
of the Supervisory Board of REpower Systems AG until the end of 2007.
Deputy of the Board will be the former Chairman, Dr. Karl Freiherr von
Hahn. The extension of the Supervisory Board of COLEXON Energy AG had been
decided at the Annual Shareholder’s meeting on May 28th, in order to
strengthen the power and the expertise of the Supervisory Board of the
group in view of the accelerated growth.
