The cancellation of 71,785 Relais Group shares has today on 28 January 2025 been
entered in the Trade Register.
After the cancellation, the total number of shares and votes in Relais Group is
18,060,523 and Relais Group does not hold any shares in the Company.
The cancellation of the shares has no effect on the share capital of Relais
Group.
