Relais Group Plc Stock Exchange Release 7 April 2025 at 5:40 p.m. EEST Relais Group Plc (“the Company”) has today received a notification from Ari Salmivuori and Ajanta Oy, in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act. According to the notification, Ari Salmivuori has sold 2,200,000 shares of Relais Group Plc to Ajanta Oy, a company controlled by him. As a result, Ari Salmivuori's ownership and share of voting rights in Relais Group Plc has decreased to below 20 percent, while Ajanta Oy's ownership and share of voting rights has increased to above 10 percent on 4 April 2025. According to the notification, Ari Salmivuori holds a total of 5,838,600 shares, directly and indirectly, corresponding to an ownership of 32.33 percent of the Company's shares and votes. On 4 April 2025 the share capital of Relais Group Plc comprised in total 18,060,523 shares.
