Relais Group Plc has today published its Annual Report for the year 2025. The
Annual Report 2025 consists of the Report of the Board of Directors, the
Financial Statements and the Auditor's Report as well as the Assurance Report on
the Sustainability Report, the Remuneration Report as well as the Business and
Sustainability Review. The Report of the Board of Directors includes the
Sustainability Report prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability
Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Chapter 7 of the Finnish Accounting Act as well
as the Corporate Governance Statement. The Annual Report is attached to this
release and also available on our website at https://relais.fi/en/investors/.
Relais Group's Financial Statements in accordance with European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published in Finnish. In
line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the
Financial Statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. PricewaterhouseCoopers
Oy, Authorised Public Accountants has provided an independent auditor's
reasonable assurance report on Relais Group Plc's ESEF Financial Statements in
Finnish in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
