Benchmark Holdings Plc has in a letter dated March 31st 2023, applied for the company's bond BHMH02 PRO ESG to be deregistered from Nordic ABM in accordance to the AMB rules section 6.1(2), and new listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Today the Oslo Stock Exchange has made the following resolution:
“The bonds issued by Benchmark Holdings Plc BHMH02 PRO ESG will be deregistered from Nordic ABM from and including 04.04.2023. The first day of listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange will be 12.04.2023”
