In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that as of 31 March 2025, the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 741,505,672 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 31 March 2025 is therefore 741,505,672.
The increase since the last notice made on 28 February 2025 is due to the routine exercise of options by current and former employees of the Company.
The above figure (741,505,672 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
