The publication and release of the Astrocast 2022 annual report is delayed until October 16. The company and its auditors are looking for the company to finalize a fundraise prior to this date. Correspondingly, in accordance with Swiss regulations, the Astrocast AGM will be held a minimum of 20 days after the publishing and release of the annual report.
Astrocast have been supported by existing investors through issuance of convertible notes totaling CHF 2.22MM over the last quarter. The convertible notes have a conversion value above the current market valuation.
