Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from the Company published on 22 September 2021 regarding the Company's merger with Kalera S.A. (the "Merger"). Upon completion of the Merger, all of the Company's assets, rights and liabilities will be transferred to and assumed by Kalera S.A. and the Company will be dissolved. Kalera S.A. will apply for a listing of its shares on Euronext Growth Oslo. The above publication dates will apply correspondingly for Kalera S.A., and the financial reports will be published under Kalera S.A.'s ticker code, following completion of the Merger.
