SuperSeed Capital, (AQSE: WWW) a company established as a venture capital fund of funds for investments in early-stage artificial intelligence and software companies, announces that it is posting to shareholders its first Notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 2.00 pm on Monday 3 April 2023 at First Floor, St Peter's House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey. The Company is required by its Articles of Association, to hold its first general meeting of its shareholders within 18 months from the Company's incorporation, being 6 October 2021.
