Result of General Meeting and Change of Name
Redstone (AIM:RED) announces that at the Company's General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Accordingly, the Company has now completed the disposal of its ICT Infrastructure, data centre and smart building solutions business, Comunica Holdings Limited to Coms PLC, as detailed in the announcement of and circular sent to shareholders on 5 November 2013.
Furthermore, the change of Company name to Castleton Technology plc was also approved. The name change is now effective following the issue of the certificate of incorporation on change of name by the Registrar of Companies. The Company's TIDM code will change from "RED" to "CTP" with effect from tomorrow, 22 November 2013.
