Majestic Corporation Plc, an emerging leader in recycling precious metals and non-ferrous metals from obsolete mechanical and industrial material, announces Mr Gianfranco Guerra has notified the Board that he will step down as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect to focus on other professional commitments.
Peter Lai, Chief Executive Director, said:
