Admission to the United Nations Global Compact
Majestic Corporation Plc (AQSE: MCJ), a global company specialising in recycling based metals and precious metals, has announced its admission to the United Nations Global Compact ("UN Global Compact"). The UN Global Compact is a voluntary initiative founded in 2000 has a network of over 17,000 companies globally that aims to promote sustainable and socially responsible business practices.
As a member, Majestic has committed to upholding the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, which include human rights, labour standards, environmental sustainability and anti-corruption measures. The Company's acceptance into the UN Global Compact reflects its ongoing commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
