DCC completes the acquisition of Kent Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited
DCC plc, the sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, has completed the acquisition of Kent Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited.
Details of the acquisition were set out in a DCC Stock Exchange announcement on 20 December 2012.
