Stainless Tankers - Updated key information relating to the cash dividend

This notice updates the key information relating to the proposed cash dividend published by Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") on 9 August 2023. The Company's general meeting has resolved to pay a cash dividend, the key information regarding this dividend is as follows:
Dividend amount: USD 0.125 per share
Dividend distribution: in NOK at 1.329125 per share
Last day including right: 24 August 2023
Ex-date: 25 August 2023
Record date: 28 August 2023
Payment date: on or about 31 August 2023
Date of approval: 24 August 2023
Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.
