Stainless Tankers – Settlement of warrants
10 September 2025 – Reference is made to Stainless Tankers ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement published on 5 September 2025, regarding the exercise of 337,500 warrants (Nw.: frittstående tegningsretter) in the Company.
The Company's board of directors has resolved to settle the exercised warrants with a cash settlement.
