us according to Section 21, para. 1 of the of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG) on 16 May 2014 that via shares its voting rights in our company
had fallen below the threshold of 3% and 5% on 9 May 2014 and amounted to
0.27% (462,750 voting rights) as per this date. Thereof 0.27% (460,326
voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance with Section 22, para.
1 sentence 1 item 6 and 0.0014% (2,424 voting rights) in accordance with
Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the
WpHG.
