We received the following notifications pursuant to sec. 21, para. 1 WpHG:
Notification I:
The share of the voting rights of Warren Buffett, USA, in our company had
fallen below the threshold of 10% on 28 September 2015 and as of this date
totalled 9.71% (16,198,137 voting rights). Thereof 9.65% (16,098,137 voting
rights) are attributable to him in accordance with Section 22, para. 1
sentence 1 item 1 of the WpHG. Attributable voting rights are held by the
following controlled undertakings each holding 3% or more of the voting
rights in our company: Berkshire Hathaway Inc. and National Indemnity
Company.
Notification II:
The share of the voting rights of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Omaha, NE, USA,
in our company had fallen below the threshold of 10% on 28 September 2015
and as of this date totalled 9.65% (16,098,137 voting rights). Thereof
9.65% (16,098,137 voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance with
Section 22, para. 1 sentence 1 item 1 of the WpHG. Attributable voting
rights are held by the following controlled undertaking holding 3% or more
of the voting rights in our company: National Indemnity Company.
Notification III:
The share of the voting rights of National Indemnity Company, Omaha, NE,
USA, in our company had fallen below the threshold of 10% on 28 September
2015 and as of this date totalled 9.65% (16,098,137 voting rights).
