according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG, München, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 15, 2014 and
on that day amounted to 2.89% (this corresponds to 32330698 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.89% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
