January 2, 2015 Telefónica Deutschland and Drillisch and Drillisch close deal regarding transfer of yourfone GmbH Munich – On January 2, 2015 Telefónica Deutschland has closed the deal regarding the planned transfer of yourfone GmbH (a company of E-Plus) with long-time business associate Drillisch AG as announced in mid-November. Drillisch acquires yourfone GmbH including all trademark rights, customers and staff. The full continuity for customers and staff of yourfone is guaranteed. With this agreement Telefónica Deutschland is expediting the process of integration. Further disposals of the customer base from the joint portfolio of Telefónica Deutschland and E-Plus are not planned.
