Notice is hereby given that the Issuer's total number of shares in issue as
of 27 May 2014 is 20,723,256. Each share in the Issuer carries one vote.
The total number of voting rights is therefore 20,723,256. This figure may
be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Issuer.
