Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that the following Director and PDMR's have exercised options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme.

 

Mr Bronislaw Masojada exercised options to purchase 1,649 Ordinary Shares in the Company at £5.456 per share.

 

Mr Paul Lawrence exercised options to purchase 1,649 Ordinary Shares in the Company at £5.456 per share.

 

Mrs Amanda Brown exercised options to purchase 3,299 Ordinary shares in the Company at £5.456 per share. These shares were all subsequently sold at £12.403461 per share.

 

Mr Ben Walter exercised options to purchase 1,694 Ordinary shares in the Company at $9.093 per share.
