EGM Notice

Corre Energy B.V. ("Corre Energy" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group"), is pleased to announce the proposed appointment of Mr Luca Moro, a representative of Fondo Italiano Per L'Efficienza Energetica SGR S.P.A. ("FIEE"), as a Non-Executive Director.

A copy of the notice of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to consider the appointment and remuneration of Mr Luca Moro to be held on 7 December 2021 at 2pm (CET) has been published on the Company's website at https://corre.energy/

Due to the Dutch law measures and recommendations relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and in accordance with the temporary Dutch COVID-19 Act ("COVID-19 Act"), shareholders cannot attend the EGM in person. The Company aims to assist its shareholders, including others entitled to attend the meeting, who wish to attend the EGM by providing the opportunity to participate in the EGM via video or telephone conference.

Luca Moro is a Senior Investment Manager for the Italian Energy Efficiency Fund, a Private Equity fund focused on Energy Transition. He earned a Masters Degree in Management Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. Luca started his career in JPMorgan, Investment Banking division in London, before joining the buy-side at several hedge funds, dealing with distressed, turnarounds and special situations. Specifically, he was previously Senior Investment Analyst at Bardin Hill, Co-Founder and Head of Research at Eyck Capital and Portfolio Manager at both Numen Capital and Ironshield Capital.

Luca has been a member of many restructuring committees in the role of creditors' representative, implementing corporate turnarounds for mid-cap companies in various European Countries and he invested across the capital structure in European and US companies for over 15 years.
