Holding(s) in the Company
The Company has been informed by Corre Energy Group Holdings C.V. and Air Core Limited that a total of 902,933 shares in the capital of the Company (1.2% of the Company's total issued share capital) have been transferred from Corre Energy Group Holdings C.V. to Air Core Limited for full and final settlement of a loan. The transfers were made in two tranches:
1. 312,500 shares transferred on 11 October 2024 as a premium for the loan facility; and
2. 590,433 shares transferred on 18 October 2024 against the remaining liability at a pre-agreed conversion price of 0.64 cents per share.
Air Core Limited now holds 902,933 shares (1.2% of the Company's total issued share capital) in the Company and Corre Energy Group Holdings C.V. now holds 20,492,387 shares (26.4% of the Company's total issued share capital) in the Company.
