<in-capmkt:RemarksWebsiteDissemination contextRef="OneI">The Company had initially scheduled a Board Meeting for August 14, 2024, to approve the Unaudited Financial Statements for the June Quarter. As a result, the trading window was closed from July 1, 2024, until 48 hours after the proposed meeting. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the meeting was cancelled, and the financial statements were not approved. As a result, the trading window remained closed. For the purpose of the current clause, the trading window start date has been considered as July 1, 2024, and will remain closed until November 16, 2024, in anticipation of this Board Meeting.</in-capmkt:RemarksWebsiteDissemination>
