Inger M. Klemp, CFO of Frontline Management AS, has settled a TRS agreement (Total Return Swap) underlying 120,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") expiring March 8th 2019. Ms Klemp has subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement with exposure to the same number of underlying shares in Frontline with expiry date December 6th 2019 and TRS price NOK 56.1894 per underlying share. In addition, Ms Klemp owns 180,000 shares in Frontline, and holds options to acquire 120,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed.
